Pupils at a Midlands school have developed a mobile app to support people living with scoliosis.
Our Lady's Bower students Lavonder Serhan and Sophie Browne presented the CurveCare app at the Technovation Ireland Regional Pitch Event at AMD CityWest Dublin.
Developed over three months through the Teen-Turn afterschool programme, Curvecare was shaped by the personal experience of a team member living with scoliosis.
CurveCare offers practical scoliosis management tools, including a tailored exercise library, brace-wear and pain trackers, and a spinal curve measurement tool to monitor changes over time.
Lavonder says they have big plans for the app going forward:
