In Westmeath, both Athlone and Mullingar are up in the IBAL standings.
An Taisce reported no heavily littered sites in Athlone, improving to 'clean to European norms' status and rising up to 24th in the rankings from 32nd in January.
Mullingar remains in 15th, retaining its own 'clean' grading.
Portlaoise however has slipped to 39th in the list, falling from 25th.
