An average of 112 pubs are closing every year, with a further thousand expected to shut their doors in the next decade.
That's the according to a new report from the Drinks Industry Group of Ireland.

Offaly has the second highest pub closure rate in Ireland, with a decline of 34.1% since 2005, in Laois there's been a decline of 30.6% whereas Westmeath has seen a drop of 30.0%.
