The grants will help clubs boost engagement, upskill staff and buy new sports equipment.
Over €30,000 in grants for sports clubs is being allocated to over 80 clubs across Westmeath.
The local authority's Sports Partnership opened allocations earlier this year for grants up to €500 to help clubs boost engagement, upskill staff and buy new sports equipment.
Some of the projects that will be set up through funding include an 10 week inclusive programme for adults with intellectual disabilities at Milltown's Table Tennis Club.
Upgraded diving equipment for Mullingar Sub Aqua Club and golf classes for children with autism at The Rochfortbridge Pitch and Putt Club will also be set up through funding.
