For several days, customers connected to the Ballyadams Reservoir were affected by the restrictions.
Overnight restrictions are being lifted in Laois as reservoir levels stabilise.
Customers in Ballylynan, Ballycorman, Ballyadams, Ballintubbert, Crannagh and surrounding areas are being asked to remain mindful of their water use.
The restrictions were in place for a number of days for customers supplied by the Ballyadams Reservoir, part of the Kyle Water Scheme, following an improvement in raw water reservoir levels.
Supply has now returned to normal across the affected areas.
