There's been over 1,700 call outs across the region in 2020.
Portlaoise Fire Station was the busiest in the midlands this year.
In total, fire and rescue services in the region responded to 1,731 calls so far.
Laois Fire Service received 678 emergency calls in 2020 - 291 of those were fires, 281 were special services incidents - like car crashes and flooding - while the remaining 106 were false alarms.
Portaloise was by far the busies with 270 call-outs - followed by Portarlington and Mountmellick.
581 calls were made in Offaly this year - 80 per cent of those were fires.
Tullamore received the majority of calls, followed closely by Edenderry Fire Station.
While Westmeath recorded a slight rise in call-outs this year compared to last.
Athlone was the busiest with 183, followed by Mullingar with 176.
The county's four stations responded to a total of 472 calls this year.
