Road Crash Victims To Be Remembered In The Midlands This Weekend

137 people have been killed so far this year.

An increase in deaths on Irish roads this year is being described as "absolutey soul-destroying" by the Irish Road Traffic Victims association.

137 people have been killed to date in 2022, an increase of 21 compared to last year.

A remembrance service will be held in the Bloomfield House Hotel in Mullingar on Sunday as part of a national programme of commemorative events for families affected by road trauma.
