The Road Safety Authourity will be attending Electric Picnic this weekend to help promote safe driving to and from the festival site in Stradbally.
A new three year partnership between the RSA and Electric Picnic has been announced in an effort to reach a younger audience and teach them about road safety.
A 'Lose Your Licence, Lose Your Independence' video will also be broadcast on the main stage screens
The RSA will be stationed at four different locations in Stradbally across the weekend with interactive breathalysers.
CEO of the RSA Sam Waide says "The RSA’s presence at Electric Picnic this year aims to remind people to think before they get behind the wheel. If you are driving to and from the festival, it is important to remember that you must not take any chances with alcohol and drugs."
