A Westmeath shop has been served a closure order over its failure to comply with food legislation.
A retailer at Fairgreen Shopping Centre in Mullingar, has been served its notice due to ready to eat food products being stored at ambient temperatures.
It was also cited over a lack of hand washing facilities.
There were seven food closure orders were issued during the month of May.
