Attendees reported waiting as long as three hours to exit the car park at this year's event.
The Tullamore Show is to review its traffic management plan, after motorists faced lengthy delays at this year's event.
Attendees reported waiting as long as three hours to get out of the car park on Sunday.
In a statement, representatives from the Show say there were a number of factors which led to the delays, including a larger-than-expected number of entries, and a bigger crowd attending earlier in the day.
It is apologising to the attendees which faced what it describes as 'unacceptable' delays, and says the committee will review all aspects of the traffic management system, and make the necessary adjustments for next year's event.
