A man in his 30s has been charged in connection with a drugs seizure in County Laois.
He'll appear in court next Thursday after over half a million euro worth of cocaine and cannabis was seized in Portlaoise.
A man and woman in their 30s who were also arrested have also been charged and were bailed from Tullamore District Court today.
They are to appear at Portlaoise District Court on June 11th.
It's after gardaí responded to reports of suspicious activity in Rossvale on Wednesday.
During the search, Gardaí discovered a package containing 1kg of a substance believed to be cannabis, with an estimated street value of €20,000.
Members of the Laois Drugs unit carried out a follow up search they seized €500,000 worth of cannabis (pending analysis) and €35,000 worth of cocaine (pending analysis) and other drug paraphernalia.
