It will have new and enhanced facilities.
A Westmeath library is reopening next week.
Athlone’s Aidan Heavey Library will open it's doors to the public on Thursday, February 19th.
The library has been closed since October 24, with an earlier reopening planned for mid-January.
Despite minor improvement works continuing, the facility will be fully operational on reopening.
New features include enhanced facilities and a Sensory Cubbie designed to support sensory-friendly use.
