Westmeath take on Carlow in Mullingar in the first knockout round in Leinster on Friday.
Offaly will enter the knockout phase of the Under 20 Leinster Hurling Championship at the quarter final stage after Dublin were well beaten by Galway on Saturday.
A 16 point winning margin against the Dubs means Galway top the group, and progress to a championship semi-final, with Offaly in second and in the quarters.
Laois will play a preliminary quarter-final after their draw against Wexford.
The game finished 0-18 to 0-18, and means the O'Moore County may face a midlands derby against Westmeath who topped their tier two group.
Their 5-18 to 0-13 victory over Derry means the Lake County topped their group and play Carlow for that potential meeting with Laois.
That game takes place on Friday evening in TEG Cusack Park, throw in is set for 4pm.
