A local resident had taken the case to An Bord Pleanála.
An appeal over plans for a new 90-bed nursing home in Offaly has been withdrawn.
Riverpoint Construction Limited is looking to build a three-story nursing home, along with 77 houses and apartments and a coffee shop on the Arden Road in Tullamore.
Offaly County Council approved the plans on May 10th, but a local resident took the case to An Bord Pleanála, over concerns the development encroached on her land.
However, that appeal has now been withdrawn, with the project now back on the cards.
