People in the Midlands have the chance to learn about how to manage asthma in a practical way this weekend.
The Asthma Society of Ireland is a hosting a free information workshop in Portlaoise tomorrow.
"Time to Talk about Asthma" is taking place in Laois Leisure from 11:00am until 1:00pm.
Places are limited and people encouraged to register as early as possible.
