The drugs were discovered in a car in Tullamore last night.
€20,000 worth of drugs have been seized in an overnight search in Offaly.
The quantity of cannabis was discovered after the Garda Drugs Unit and Tullamore Detective Unit stopped and searched a car on Church Road in Tullamore last night.
Two men were arrested at the scene - one aged in his 20s and one in his teens.
They're currently being held at Tullamore Garda Station.
Investigations are ongoing.
