Simeon Burke appeared before Cloverhill District Court for a second time this afternoon.
Simeon Burke has appeared in court for a second time in relation to an allegation that he breached the peace at the Four Courts last week.
The 24-year-old was forcibly removed from the Court of Appeal last Tuesday while the court was dismissing a legal challenge taken by his older brother, Enoch.
There was no objection to bail at his last court appearance but he refused to take it up so he appeared in custody before Cloverhill District Court this afternoon.
At his brief hearing, he claimed his arrest was unlawful because he was never told why he was being arrested but the judge told him that was a matter for the full hearing.
He was then remanded in custody until the 28th of March with consent to bail.
