The State have not yet produced draft legislation to correct a planning error for the IPAS centre.
A lack of progress by the State in correcting a planning error for an IPAS centre Westmeath is "frustating" to all involved.
That's the view of Athlone councillor Aengus O'Rourke.
Councillors from the Westmeath town argued successfully in court last year that a planned 1,000 person Asylum Seeker centre in Lissywollen should not be built on environmental grounds.
However, the State says it's made no progress in producing draft legislation to address the issue.
The court will hear the matter again next Wednesday July 30th.
