The owner of an Offaly concrete company is confirming he is in talks with the HSE in a bid to resolve his appeal over the construction of the long-campaigned for Midlands Hospice.

He insists he's in favour of the plans and its location but feels that a boundary of some kind is needed to offer dignity to patients and their visiting families.
