The clinics run across the months of May and June.
Laois County Council is launching a series of information clinics to help owners of vacant and derelict properties access new Government grants aimed at boosting housing supply.
The clinics, running across the county in May and June 2026, will offer guidance on funding supports for refurbishing unused buildings and above the shop spaces.
Grants of up to €135,000 are available for converting overhead spaces into homes, with up to €115,000 for full building conversions.
An additional €5,000 Expert Advice Grant is also on offer to assist with early planning and design costs.
