
More than one or three Irish women have no retirement savings at all.
Midlands women are being encouraged to check their tax credits if they take time out from work to care for relatives.
A new survey from financial adviser network Ask Acorn shows more than one or three Irish women have no retirement savings at all, in comparison to one in four men.
It also reveals they save around €82,000 on average for their fund, while men save over €144,000, a difference of 43 per cent.
