Midlands House Prices Up Close To 60% Since Covid

The latest Daft Property Price Report shows house prices continue to rise unabated.

The average cost of a house in the midlands is now 57% higher than at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The latest Daft.ie house price report shows costs across the region are 16.5% higher than a year ago.

The average cost of a home in Laois, Offaly, and Westmeath in the second quarter of this year was €297,000.
