A Westmeath construction company is looking to build a multi-million euro housing complex.
Andrew Construction in Mullingar, is applying for planning permission to develop 38 residential homes on a site that is close to one and a half acres at Glenmore Wood.
The development will consist of 19 two-bedroom ground-floor apartments and 19 three-bedroom duplex apartments on top.
It will be three stories in height across five blocks, with centralised open space features, courtyard parking for 38 vehicles, integrated bike parking, as well as space for bins.
The decision is due on September 16th.
