Students in Offaly have collaborated to design and paint a mural on a local school.
TY students in St. Mary's Secondary School Edenderry carried out the project on the wall of the town's Gaelscoil.
The theme of the artwork is 'Irish Flowers, Myths and Legends,' and features characters from national folklore such as the Salmon of Knowledge.
The work was commissioned by Offaly student teacher Ciara Kelly, as part of a college placement portfolio.
