Offaly TD Demands Stronger Enforcement Against Sulky Racing

Independent rep Carol Nolan thinks more targeted checkpoints are needed.

More people should be brought to court to face the consequences of illegal sulky racing.

That's according to Offaly TD Carol Nolan who believes the current measures to place to ban these races are not stringent enough.

Deputy Nolan feels more targeted checkpoints and patrols are needed to improve enforcement.
