The victim of a crash in Offaly has been named locally.
Clonmore's Shane Hickey died when the tractor he was driving entered a deep drain in Black Castle Bog in Clonmore near Rhode last night.
The St. Mary's Secondary School student's funeral will take in St. Mary's Church, Edenderry, on Monday at 2pm, and he'll be laid to rest in St. Mary's Cemetery.
He is survived by his parents Paula and Richard, and brothers Alex and Evan.
Green Party Councillor Mark Hackett has also been expressing his condolences to his family, friends and to the whole school community of St Mary's, Edenderry.
