An Bord Pleanála is the subject of recent allegations of conflicts of interest and an investigation by senior counsel Remy Farrell has been sent to the Gardaí, the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Standards in Public Office Commission.
The planning body was called before the Oireachtas Public Accounts Committee 16 months ago to answer questions over legal fees and conflicts of interest.
