The unit in Mullingar saw a decrease in numbers.
There was a 5% increase in the number of attendances to Sexual Assault Treatment Units last year.
The HSE's annual S-A-T-U report shows over 1,000 people were treated in 2025.
The Mullingar unit recorded a drop of 4% with 127 attending the service in 2025.
43 of those were seen in less than 24 hours after the reported incident.
One in 10 of those who attended were men.
