€10,000 will be on offer during an event in the midlands this weekend.
Shine is taking place in Laois for the second year in a row.
Teams from across the country will compete in obstacles courses and head-to-head events for the chance at winning the cash prize.
There will also be a Trade Show, displaying over 80 exhibitors from around Laois, and 20 food vendors at the event, which kicks off tomorrow, in Emo Court and Parklands.
