It comes as he plans to contest in the Presidential Election.
Westmeath County Council is saving Conor McGregor the journey of travelling to pitch his candidacy for the presidential race.
Fianna Fáil's Aengus O'Rourke took to social media to publish a letter from the local authority stating that a motion was passed that Mr McGregor will not receive any nominations from the Council.
It comes as candidates are visiting County Councils across the country to pitch why they should be nominated as a presidential candidate.
Councillor O'Rourke says the Dubliner is not fit for the Presidential office:
The Westmeath local authority is considering Independent Candidates on Monday at 2.30pm following 16 applications being made to the council.
He says it's a waiting game to see who comes through the door on Monday:
