Nearly three quarters of companies say they were profitable in the last 12 months.
Business is picking up across the island of Ireland, with almost a third of firms reporting growth last year.
The latest Business Monitor from InterTradeIreland shows 73% of companies were profitable over the last 12 months - the highest since Q3 of 2019.
The survey of over 750 companies also shows the vast majority are expecting to retain staff numbers over the next six months.
