It follows negotiations held in Portlaoise in June.
Workers at Bord na Móna Recycling have voted to accept a "significantly improved" offer from management to avert any further threat of strike action.
The agreement follows negotiations held in Portlaoise in June, where union representatives say they secured stronger protections for workers who may be affected by the potential sale of the company.
At the time of the negotiations, Bord Na Mona Recycling welcomed the deal - saying they believe the agreement "provides a strong framework of assurances to protect existing terms and conditions for all employees".
The Union says they remain concerned about the wider implications of the potential privatisation of the state company.
