Higher Education Minister James Lawless believes the Mount Lucas courses can bring people back into the education fold.
The National Construction Training Campus in Offaly is launching a new skills course.
The Modern Methods of Construction Pathway will offer people the opportunity to train and develop their skills in digital construction technology, sustainability awareness, as well as project management, through part time courses.
Minister for Further and Higher Education James Lawless believes the Mount Lucas site is set to bring new skills and qualifications to people looking for opportunities.
He says the pathway will contribute to solving Ireland's housing crisis:
