Learner drivers are still face wait times of over three months for their test in Westmeath and Laois.
It currently takes 13 weeks to get a test in Portlaoise and Mullingar.
Drivers are waiting just under three months in Athlone at 11 weeks, while the situation in Offaly is considerably better at eight weeks in Tullamore and just four in Birr.
