The incident occurred at Shannon Academy, Gardenvale in Athlone on January 16th last year.
Gardaí say they remain unaware of the true identity of a man who attacked a woman at an education facility in Westmeath.
Twenty-four-year-old Ahmed Maya Ahmed, of Balseskin Reception Centre, St Margaret’s Road, Finglas, Dublin 11 attacked his victim after she same across him breaking into Shannon Academy, Gardenvale, Athlone on January 16 last year.
Judge Bernadette Owens handed down a nine month sentence for the burglary, and another concurrent four month sentence for assault.
Athlone District Court heard 'Mr Ahmed' has been going by 3 different alias' in Ireland, 21 in the UK six in France, and another in Germany.
