The country is at breaking point as it deals with another wave of coronavirus.
An Offaly man living in Nepal is appealing for help in tackling the latest wave of coronavirus there.
Jonathan Clarke from Kilcormac says the country is at breaking point and fast running out of oxygen.
He says the Nepalese authorities have made a plea to the international community for medical supplies and vaccines.
He's asking Irish people to get behind the cause and encourage the government to send aid:
5 European countries have responded to Nepal's request for assistance. What about the other 22? Global solidarity through indifference? Time is of the essence. A study last week indicated only a couple of hundred ventilators in the ENTIRE country.....more needs to be done. https://t.co/ujGeK5ypgi pic.twitter.com/zElV3Z7Blr
