An Offaly women's sports club is heading Stateside.
Clonbullogue Gaelic's Mothers & Others group is representing Ireland in at the New York Festival this October.
The club is one of the longest-running in the country, founded in 2010 with 12 original members still playing.
The 21-strong panel, is made up of volunteers and community leaders, and has already self-funded travel costs.
Their journey celebrates fitness, inclusion, and community through ladies football for women over 25.
Group members Grainne Dempsey, Nicola McEvoy and Nicki McEvoy say the team is now seeking support to help cover additional expenses for the trip:
