Ryanair Boss Slams Taoiseach Over Delay On Dublin Airport Passenger Cap

Michael O'Leary wants to see issues sorted at home.

The Ryanair boss is criticising the Taoiseach for not yet delivering on the promise of scrapping the Dublin Airport passenger cap.

In the Programme for Government, which is now almost a year old, the coalition commits to resolving the issue.

Last September, the Transport Minister sent a memo to Cabinet to begin the process of drafting legislation to remove the limit. 

However, reports today suggest this is facing strong resistance from senior civil servants.
