Phase one wil open for ten homes at Coola Meadows in Kilbeggan.
Westmeath County Council are set to make 10 new homes made available for purchase at reduced prices.
The local authority will launch the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme at Coola Meadows in Kilbeggan, with a range of 2-and 3-bed units being provided.
Phase one offers two 2-bedroom semi-detached homes from €275,000 and two 3-bedroom semi-detached homes from €315,000 euro.
The online portal for Phase one of the scheme will open at noon on Monday, 11th May 2026 and will accept applications before closing at midnight on Monday, 1st June.
