A new spend trend predicts how people across the country will be marking February 14th.
Westmeath is among the lowest spending counties on flowers for Valentines' Day.
New figures released from AIB show popular spending trends on what many consider the most romantic day of the year.
The low spend in Westmeath came to around €51 in the run up to the big day, while the highest spend could be found in Kildare at €70.
Other stats included in the report show spending in florists peaked between 4pm and 5pm in the evening on February 14th, with men making up 85% of the spend.
