The charity wants people to get walking to raise much needed funds.

That's the message from Acquired Brain Injury Ireland.
The charity is asking people to "Step Up" by raising vital funds to help the recovery and rehabilitation of people living with brain injuries.
The Step Up Challenge sees participants set the task of walking 120,000 steps before the end of this month.
