Delays to plans for a new special school in the midlands are 'absolutely intolerable.'
That's according to Laois Offaly Sinn Féin TD Brian Stanley, speaking after plans for the new Kolbe Special School in Portlaoise were put on hold, due to a lack of Capital funding.
It's one of 58 building projects postponed, according to the Department of Education.
