Embrace FARM was set up by the Brian and Norma Rohan from Shanahoe, after Brian's father died in a farm accident in 2012.
They've been holding a remembrance ceremony every year since 2014, to unite those who have experienced similar tragedies.
16 people have died in farm accidents in Ireland so far this year - 13 in the Republic and 3 in the North.
The Embrace service will be live streamed online this Sunday at 2 o'clock and Norma Rohan is encouraging to people bereaved by farm accidents to send in videos and photos of their loved ones:
