Wizer Energy published their findings as several senior politicians are due to travel to different parts of the globe for the weekend's festivities.
It's estimated that Offaly Senator and Minister of State for Agriculture Pippa Hackett could produce 6.2 tonnes of C02 on her trip to Kenya and Tanzania flying in business class, or 2.14 in economy.
Meanwhile, Junior Minister and Kildare South Fine Gael Deputy Martin Heydon, who is heading to Korea, could have 7.29 tonnes in emissions from business class or 2.51 if he flies economy.
