Hope is still enduring among Palestinians despite the war.
That's according to a Midlands woman who spent two months volunteering on a family farm on the West Bank.
Mieke Scholte is originally from the Netherlands and has been living in Tullamore for nearly four decades.
She decided to volunteer at the Tent of Nations project on Daher's Vineyard, owned by the Nassar family since 1916.
The farm is surrounded on all sides by illegal Israeli settlements.
