St. Hilda’s Services in Hillquarter, Coosan, Athlone is getting the green light for a new five-bedroom community dwelling.
The planned residence will accommodate four service users and include onsite facilities for a care worker, located beside the existing day and respite centre.
The project aims to enhance residents’ quality of life, independence and community inclusion while increasing overall service capacity in Athlone.
Pre-tender approval clears the way for tender documentation and procurement planning as the development moves to its next phase.
