Gardaí made the find following a house fire.
€120,000 of suspected cannabis plants have been seized following a fire on the Offaly border.
Gardaí made the find after a house fire in the Rathnavogue area of Roscrea shortly after 7 o'clock yesterday morning.
Once extinguished, gardaí discovered the premises had been converted into a grow house - using a complex cultivation system of heat lamps, fans and a watering system.
The drugs are now being sent for analysis.
