Enoch Burke Returns To The High Court

He was jailed in September after breaching the court order following his suspension on full pay.

The school teacher at the centre of the 'pronouns' row is back in the High Court later.

Enoch Burke is before Mr Justice Brian O’Moore, the judge who jailed him for contempt.

It followed his refusal to stay away from Wilson’s Hospital School in Westmeath pending a disciplinary hearing.

He was jailed in September after breaching the court order following his suspension on full pay.

The case arose after a student asked for "they/them" pronouns to be used.
