Over €600,000 is going to the Shannon Bank Park Trustees Community Group to redevelop Banagher's open water pool in Offaly.
Elsewhere in the county, Waterways Ireland is getting €520,000 to Increase the mooring capacity at Shannon Harbour, there's €300,000 for Sloe Blossom Farm Limited for new cabins, and Croghan Hill Glamping has been granted €80,000.
In Laois, Glamping Under The Stars Ltd is line for €300,000 to build three more self-catering accommodation units including family sized tree houses and an eco-lodge.
While the Forum in Mountmellick is being funded to the tune of €220,000 to renovate their coach house.
In Westmeath, Viking Tours Ireland in Athlone has been awarded just under €300,000 to extend its river vessel and upgrade its environmental and accessibility features.
Elsewhere in Athlone, there's €192,000 for Baysports to develop an enhanced visitor experience through the expansion of their kayak fleet, and the introduction of e-bikes and e-pedal boats.
€46,000 is being granted to fund cycling and walking tours in Laois, and Offaly, and Kildare.
Evaluations of remaining applications for the private and community SME scheme are ongoing with further funding awards to be announced over the coming weeks.
