The elections will be held next week in Portlaoise.
The race to become the next President of the Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers Association is between two Westmeath farmers.
Sean McNamara of Lismacaffrey will be seeking to maintain his position, and serve a second term in the role.
Contesting against him is Castletown Geoghegan's Dan Lynam, who sits as the Chair of Westmeath ICSA and previously held the role of National Tresurer for the organisation.
The election will be held on Wednesday next week in the Midlands Park Hotel in Portlaoise with a result expected around 9pm.
